Own the design and operation of our NVMe storage clusters, KVM hypervisor fleet, and 10 Gbps switching fabric. You'll work directly alongside our CTO on architecture decisions.
Build and maintain the automation and observability stack that keeps our 99.99% uptime promise. On-call rotation with generous compensation and tooling budget.
Maintain our security posture across network, application, and physical layers. Drive our compliance programmes and conduct regular internal penetration tests.
Handle escalated support tickets for hosting, VPS, storage, and email customers. You're the expert our L1 team leans on — and the engineer customers trust.
First point of contact for customer queries. Strong communication skills and curiosity matter more than years of experience — we invest heavily in training.
Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts — from discovery through to contract. Build relationships with CTOs and IT managers across Nepal.
Grow our MSP and reseller partner network. Enable partners to sell and support EasyCloud services effectively, and co-develop GTM campaigns.
